What the Miro education application actually asks for
The application asks for your role, educational email, institution and intended use. Its email guidance includes .edu, .k12 and the domain of a public educational institution, so .edu is not the only listed format.
Miro also requests a link to evidence such as a school ID, a school page showing your name and position, or another document validating your status. Follow the current form's instructions and share only the evidence needed. This directory does not collect or approve those documents.
Plan your group around 10 members, not unlimited boards
For a five-person project, separate boards for research, decisions and presentation planning fit naturally inside the student allocation. The ten-member limit becomes the practical constraint when several groups want to share the same workspace.
The education page also lists unlimited external visitors. Visitors and team members are different access roles; check the permissions needed for the assignment instead of assuming a visitor replaces every member function. For a whole class, ask the teacher to assess the educator plan.
AI credits belong to the team
